📌 Overview

CA Foundation is the entry exam of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Site: icai.org and the e-learning / BOS knowledge portal. Four papers; held multiple times a year as per ICAI calendar.

• Paper 1 Accounting — journal to final accounts, partnership, company basics as in ICAI module.
• Paper 2 Business Laws — Contract Act, Sale of Goods, Companies Act slices listed in the module.
• Paper 3 Quant, Logical Reasoning & Statistics / Business Maths as per new scheme names.
• Paper 4 Business Economics (and business knowledge as notified).
• ICAI study material + RTPs + MTPs + past papers are the syllabus. Coaching is optional.

📚 What to study (order)

1. This year’s official brochure / information bulletin.
2. Official previous year papers and keys from the conducting body.
3. NCERT PDFs from ncert.nic.in when the paper is school science or GS.
4. One standard book per subject. Stop collecting duplicate PDFs.
5. Current affairs: newspaper + PIB if the paper has GA.
6. Timed mocks on the real interface.

• Science UG / IAT / NEST / JAM / BITSAT: NCERT 11–12 first; H.C. Verma / D.C. Pandey for Physics; official PYQs; IIT JAM subject books of that paper.
• Medical PG: subject-wise standard MBBS texts + last 10 years INI-CET / NEET PG recalls after you finish first-read.
• MBA extras (XAT / CMAT / IPMAT): Arun Sharma / Time or IMS sectional books + official mocks; XAT decision-making needs case practice.
• Law: AILET / CLAT official samples; legal reasoning is passage-based.
• Design: official UCEED / NID / NIFT sample papers and drawing practice daily.
• UPSC-family: Laxmikanth, Spectrum, NCERT, Shankar Environment, Ramesh Singh selective, official papers.
• SSC / RRB / Bank extras: Kiran / Rakesh Yadav PYQ, Lucent, Neetu Singh English, Adda / Oliveboard mocks.
